Agile on a resume: the methodology, the framework, the role you played.
Agile is the most-used keyword in software, IT, and product postings. ATS parsers match the literal "Agile" but the deeper signal is the framework (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), the role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, team member), and the scale (one squad, multiple squads, full enterprise transformation).
Both. "Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)" matches both the broad ATS string and the recruiter Boolean.
CSM is the entry-level standard for Scrum Master roles. PMI-ACP is broader and covers multiple frameworks. List whichever you have prominently in a Certifications block.
Carefully. "Lifted team velocity 38%" is credible only if you also explain the change (process improvement, team stability, etc.). Velocity gaming is recognized; recruiters discount the bare number.
Yes. Marketing, ops, and HR teams have adopted Agile and Scrum frameworks at scale. List it where you actually used it; don't claim Agile experience from a single 2-week sprint.
