Do you charge subscription on the $1 plan?
No. The $1 plan is a one-time charge per tailored resume. There's no recurring billing, no account required, no auto-renew.
What happens if I run out of Pro tailorings before the month ends?
You can buy a 10-Pack ($5) or one-off tailorings ($1) and they stack on top of your Pro allowance. Your monthly cap resets on the same day each month.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime, from the Account page. You keep access through the period you've already paid for. There's no cancel fee and no email-to-cancel friction.
Does the 10-pack code expire?
Never. It sits in your inbox until you redeem all ten. Share with a friend if you don't use them all.
What's the catch on the 45% savings for annual?
$99/year works out to $8.25/month versus $15 monthly. You save by paying upfront. If it's not for you, you have 10 days to get a full refund. After 10 days, the $99 is committed for the year.
Where does the AI come from?
OpenAI (GPT-4o for tailoring, GPT-4o-mini for some lighter tasks). Your resume text is processed in our pipeline and not used to train any model. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
